ROGER SAMS, M.A. - travels
throughout the U.S. leading seminars for music and
movement educators and spiritual retreats for those interested in
touching God
through the arts. He has taught at the University of Montana, the
University of
Wisconsin, the University of St. Thomas and Cleveland State University.
He frequently presents at educational conferences throughout the
country.
Roger has
served on the National Board of Trustees of the American Orff-Schulwerk
Association and has published numerous articles on music/movement
education as well as
the transformative power of the arts. He trained in Gestalt theory at
the
Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, is a certified Trance Dance Ritual
Facilitator,
and embodies a commitment to holding sacred space for personal and
spiritual
growth through breath and body. A published author and composer, a
Parent's
Choice Honor Medal winning storyteller, a skilled teacher, a sacred
witness and
the founder of Dancing
Paradox: Transformation Through the Arts...

GREGG
LANGJAHR,
L.A.T. - is a licensed athletic trainer, high school science
teacher, coach, and body worker. He
has been in private practice in the Greater Cleveland Area for 11 years
and previously was employed as an athletic trainer in a sports medicine
clinic. He received
his Bachelor of Arts from Case Western Reserve University in Biology
and Chemistry and did his student teaching in Secondary Education at
Kent State University. Currently,
he is enrolled in the Masters of Science program for Human Movement at
AT Still
University. Gregg recognizes the holistic connections between mind,
body, and spirit and believes that the healing arts can help people
experience their potential as healers of self and others through touch,
conscious breath, and honoring the wisdom of their bodies. He has lead
spiritual retreats for high school students, facilitated a
Discovery Group called Radical Wellness
through the Open House, and worked with the Living Room providing
massage for those living with HIV.
